At BravikHub, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
